Use for links to internal Items. Only internal Sitecore Items can be selected as target Items.

NOTE: You CANNOT use internal links to link to another site inside sitecore as it will always try to link to the root of the source web site and not the target. you must use external Links to perform this action.

Client view:

Inserts a field with a selector button. 

 

Valid default value:

Relative path to a Sitecore Item or any other plain text string.

For example:

/sitecore/content/Home/Breaking news

Source:

Use the Source field to specify the Item which will be the entry point for lookup (i.e. the root item).

Sample source value: /sitecore/content/Home/Breaking news
